Position: Senior Systems Administrator Responsibilities: · Provide first-level help desk and desk-side support for Photogrammetric Applications (e.g., ImageStation Orthopro, Stereo Display, Digital Mensuration, etc.) · Support Raster Products (e.g., Bentley Descartes) and CADD/Engineering Design Software including ArcGIS, MicroStation, InRoads, OpenRoads, Bridge modules, and Bluebeam. · Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Engineering Project Management Software (e.g., Bentley ProjectWise). · Support Plotter Software including server upgrades and driver integration (e.g., ProjectWise Interplot). · Administer and manage software licensing for multi-vendor engineering applications (Bentley, AutoCAD, ESRI, Bluebeam, etc.) · Provide 2nd-level Microsoft OS and Office suite support. · Troubleshoot and support CADD/Engineering workstations and peripherals (Lenovo, HP, Dell, large format plotters, etc.). · Participate in planning and implementation of workstation deployments and provide input on server specifications. Mandatory Qualifications: · 10+ years administering Bentley ProjectWise · 10+ years supporting Photogrammetric software · 10+ years managing Bentley MicroStation CADD in networked environments · 10+ years supporting MicroStation CADD applications (InRoads, Interplot) · 10+ years supporting large-format plotters/scanners in managed CADD environments · 10+ years in multi-vendor software license management · 10+ years in project planning & management · 5+ years installing and supporting Bluebeam · Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS Desirable Certifications: · Bentley certifications (MicroStation, ProjectWise, OpenRoads, CADD Mgmt) · Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) · CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ ________________________________________ Position: Systems Administrator Responsibilities: · Provide first-level support for Photogrammetric, Raster, CADD, GIS, Engineering Project Management, and Plotter Software as described above. · Assist with license management, software configuration, workstation deployments, and peripheral troubleshooting. · Provide desktop support for Microsoft OS and Office suite. Mandatory Qualifications: Minimum 1 year in each of the following: · Bentley ProjectWise Administration · Photogrammetric software installation and support · MicroStation CADD Management in networked environments · Supporting InRoads/Interplot · Large format plotter/scanner support · Multi-vendor license management · Project planning & management · Bluebeam installation and support · Knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS Desirable Certifications: · Bentley certifications (MicroStation, ProjectWise, OpenRoads, CADD Mgmt) Additional Details · Work Schedule: Core hours 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT; may include holidays/weekends to meet deadlines. · Onboarding: Selected resources must complete State and Agency-specific onboarding and security clearances. · Duration: Up to 3.3 years (no guaranteed minimum hours; extensions possible).
