Overall responsibility is to identify, qualify, manage, and close new opportunities for Microsoft Business Applications (CRM, PowerApps), Oracle ERP (NetSuite), Custom Development, and ad-hoc services and solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Tackle time-critical projects. Conduct outbound sales through phone, email, and networking. Perform account management to identify cross-sell opportunities. Maintain and build a pipeline of new and existing client projects. Coordinate with Project Managers to perform demos and develop proposals. Provide continuous, excellent customer service to the client base. Collaborate with AlphaBOLD's business development and marketing teams to hunt and qualify new business through calls, networking, social media, and attending industry shows/events. Identify and develop new business through networking and courtesy- and follow-up calls. Understand clients' business needs and align with appropriate AlphaBOLD services and solutions while working closely with AlphaBOLD's presales solution architects and service delivery teams. Develop and nurture Microsoft and Oracle field sales relationships. Track, update, and manage the sales pipeline in Dynamics CRM. Meet sales and team targets with the sales team and leadership. Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager. Minimum of 3 years in a proven Sales role within the CRM or ERP industry with consistent annual quota performance Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Business Application eco-system is preferred Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Outstanding customer service skills Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales success Excellent time management and organizational skills General understanding of the principles of sales Strong will and determination to reach the established sales goals.
