Required Experience • 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, with a focus on designing, developing, and maintaining IT solutions. • Prior Experience in Financial Services or Auto Lending a plus Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree in STEM or Business preferred. • One or more certifications are preferred (Underlined certifications are required): • Azure Developer Associate • NET Developer Associate • DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) • Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) • Certified JavaScript Developer • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associat Skills Required • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and develop solutions for complex challenges • Strong knowledge of designing scalable, efficient, and secure IT solutions. • Proficiency in common scripting and automation languages/tools. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and high-level designs. • Demonstrated experience working with cross functional teams to integrate and optimize solutions. • Experience designing and implementing relevant frameworks and methodologies to standardize solutions. • Experience with cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, etc.)
