We're a boutique Managed Services Provider (MSP) known for our dynamic culture and commitment to professional growth—and we're looking for a Senior System Administrator / vCIO (MSP) to join our team. In this high-impact, hybrid role, you’ll collaborate directly with C-level executives and client stakeholders to deliver IT strategies, design technology roadmaps, and oversee successful solution implementations. How You’ll Make an Impact: • Build and deliver strategic IT roadmaps tailored to client goals • Advise executives and key stakeholders on IT direction, investments, and planning • Lead end-to-end project execution—from design to delivery—alongside internal technical teams • Recommend and support modern MSP solutions, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune • Provide guidance on security, cloud architecture, networking, and infrastructure upgrades • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying pain points and proposing impactful solutions • Oversee technical standards and ensure implementation aligns with best practices • Assist with high-level troubleshooting and escalations with senior engineers • Cultivate strong client relationships and serve as the go-to point of contact for strategic IT leadership What You Bring to the Table: • Proven experience in a senior MSP role—vCIO, Technical Account Manager, or Sr. Systems Engineer • Strong background in IT strategy, solution design, and business alignment • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms for non-technical stakeholders • Deep familiarity with Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and other cloud-based solutions • Experience with networking gear (Fortinet, Meraki, etc.), VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs • Exposure to security and compliance frameworks is a plus • Track record of leading IT transformation or cloud migration projects • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client-facing skills • Self-starter mindset with strong time management and organizational skills Perks & Benefits: • 100% company-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision plan (with upgrade options) • 401(k) with 3% company match • 15 PTO days (vacation, sick, mental health, etc.) + all federal holidays • Your birthday off—because you deserve it • Mileage reimbursement • Gym membership • Paid certification training and ongoing professional development • Hybrid work environment (4 days at home, 1 day in office), after a 30-day in-office onboarding period
