Location: Phoenix, AZ (on-site 3x/week @ Thomas & Central) Salary: $110-130,000/year Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, Azure) to join our team and help design, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with talented developers, product owners, and UX designers to build and enhance our product taxonomy and business applications. You will work across both front-end and back-end systems, leveraging tools like React, Angular, OnBase, and MySQL to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative Agile environment, enjoys tackling complex technical challenges, and is passionate about delivering impactful solutions that drive business and client success. Essential Duties Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain applications using Azure App Services, Functions, Blob Storage, SQL Database, and Key Vault. • Implement and manage Azure API Management (APIM) and monitor performance using Azure Application Insights. • Build responsive front-end interfaces using React and robust back-end services with .NET (C#). • Design and execute automated tests using Playwright and Bruno to ensure high-quality software delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions. • Optimize database queries and manage data integrity in SQL Server. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the financial services domain. Education & Experience Qualifications: • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development. • Strong proficiency in React, .NET (C#), and SQL. • Experience with test automation tools like Playwright and Bruno. • Familiarity with secure coding practices and data protection in financial applications. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Onbase experience preferred. Preferred Skills Preferred: • Experience in the financial services industry. • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
