In this role, youll oversee cloud environments across Azure and GCP, ensuring our systems are highly available, scalable, and secure. Youll lead a team of talented CloudOps engineers, drive automation initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to support our evolving business needs. Key Skills • 7+ years of experience in cloud operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role • Deep expertise in Azure and GCP, with multi-cloud experience considered a plus • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation • Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Splunk • Proven ability to implement and optimize incident detection, response, and resolution • Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks • Skilled in mentoring and leading high-performing technical teams • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash • Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator are a plus Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor the CloudOps engineering team, fostering a culture of reliability, growth, and accountability • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across Azure and GCP to ensure high availability and scalability • Collaborate with development, engineering, and customer success teams to align cloud operations with business goals • Implement and refine automated monitoring, alerting, and incident response workflows • Oversee change management processes, ensuring minimal disruptions during infrastructure updates • Drive automation initiatives across deployment pipelines, monitoring systems, and operational tasks • Ensure adherence to cloud security standards and data governance policies • Monitor and publish key performance metrics to provide visibility into team performance and system reliability • Continuously improve operational processes to enhance system resilience and customer satisfaction Compensation We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total pay range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000 Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
