Key Responsibilities Lead our team in our continuing journey to become truly Test Driven. Practice what you preach and directly contribute development efforts by following a Red-Green-Refactor process. Be willing and able to work: - Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in one of our 6 Hub locations (Boca Raton, FL; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Portland, OR; or San Jose, CA) - Thursday and Friday remotely - All days above regularly expected to be available during the team's business hours Support our Team Leadership by: - Helping to ensure that incoming work definitions aim to describe problems, not solutions - Working with technical leaders in the team to ensure that the system evolves according to the intended direction Providing occasional "Feature Leadership " that involves: - Translating the business problem into the behavioral specification that will verify it has been solved - Helping the rest of the team plan the necessary work tasks to meet the specification - Adjusting the plan regularly as needed to deliver the right value at the right time Provide occasional on-call support for our service as part of a regular support rotation
