Role: Senior Power Platform + Copilot Architect (Day 1 Onsite) (Direct Client) Location: Houston, TX Duration: Long Term Note: Need Locals or Nearby only & No O pts/ H Ones. Job Description: About the Role: Are you a Power Platform expert who thrives at the intersection of automation, governance, and AI? We re looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer with real-world experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Platform Admin, Azure DevOps, and the latest Microsoft Copilot capabilities. This is an onshore onsite role in Houston, TX supporting high-impact enterprise projects from AI-powered apps to secure Power Platform governance and end-to-end workflow automation. Responsibilities: • Build intelligent apps and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. • Use Azure DevOps (ADO) for code versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM for Power Platform solutions. • Administer and monitor environments using Power Platform Admin Center, including DLP, capacity, and access control. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, secure Power Platform solutions. • Leverage Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio to enhance app intelligence and user experience. • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and external APIs. • Ensure governance, security, and compliance across Power Platform implementations. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practice documentation and standardization. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). • Experience using Azure DevOps for ALM, version control, and deployments. • Strong experience in Power Platform Admin Center (environment setup, DLP, monitoring). • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio is required. • Familiarity with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. • Working knowledge of Power BI for basic analytics and embedding. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. • U.S. work authorization is required (No sponsorship at this time). Nice to Have: • Certifications in Power Platform (PL-400, PL-900, etc.) • Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using Azure DevOps or Git. • Familiarity with AI Builder and custom connectors.
