System Administrators perform the following functions: • Administer and maintain the SailPoint platform, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, system and application integrations, and policy enforcement. • Monitor IAM systems and processes to ensure consistent and secure identity lifecycle management. • Manage and maintain Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 user identities, and group policies. • Support application integrations into SailPoint and assist with configuring connectors for HRIS and enterprise platforms. • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for assigned applications • Review, plan, and implement identified vulnerability resolutions • Manage assigned projects and assist the rest of the team with their projects as needed. • Recommend new or innovative ideas to improve overall work environment or company income • Provide Tier 2 technical support for tickets escalated from internal teams. • Contribute to the department knowledgebase by documenting current system configurations, known procedures, and changes to existing platforms. • Exercise sound judgment and discretion while remaining compliant with well-defined limits and guidelines. • Deliver problem solving solutions and perform research as needed. • Learn, recommend, and implement new technologies to benefit MIDFLORIDA Credit Union and its members • Professional and efficient communications with all departments promoting synergy. • Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism always. • Exude a positive and professional attitude with members and partners consistently. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications include: • 3+ years of experience in IT System Administration • Existing knowledge of IAM concepts is a bonus. • Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 administration. • Understanding of SSO and SAML integrations with systems. • Strong analytical ability including operations methodology and troubleshooting techniques • Strong documentation and communication skills • An Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or other computer-related field is preferred Where are we located? • The System Administrator role can be located in Lakeland, Tampa, Ocala, or Sebring FL and is not a remote position.
