We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our client’s IT operations team. This is a blended role combining both traditional helpdesk responsibilities and field technical support. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Windows environments, and the ability to provide both remote and in-person support across a variety of user needs. Key Responsibilities: • Provide end-user support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network issues • Troubleshoot and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and professional manner • Perform setup, deployment, and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and peripherals • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning of user accounts and access using Microsoft 365 tenant environment • Travel to client sites as needed for advanced troubleshooting, installations, or project rollouts • Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures, resolutions, and asset tracking • Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate complex issues or contribute to infrastructure projects Required Qualifications: • 4–5 years of experience in a Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or Field Technician role • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, including setup, configuration, and support • Experience working within a Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, user account management, and endpoint configurations • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written • Strong attention to detail and technical documentation skills • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Skills & Certifications: • CompTIA A+ Certification • Microsoft 365 or Azure Fundamentals Certification • Familiarity with basic networking and cybersecurity concepts • Experience using IT service management platforms like Jira, ServiceNow, or similar
