Job Type : Contract Location : Newark, Delaware Pay : Great Pay Job Description What you will be doing: • Design, develop and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. • Develop and maintain workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes. • Utilize Power BI to create complex data models, reports and dashboards for data analysis and visualization. • Create and manage web pages and applications using Power Pages to support business initiatives. • Leverage Dataverse to manage data and integrations across various Microsoft applications. • Implement and utilize Copilot Studio to enhance automation and AI capabilities within the Power Platform ecosystem. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of Power Platform tools. • Stay updated with the latest features and updates within the Power Platform to ensure optimized performance and utilization. • Implement and manage governance policies to ensure compliance and security across the Power Platform ecosystem. • Ensure data security and privacy by adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements. • Monitor and control access to Power Platform and Copilot Studio resources to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches. • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks. • Collaborate with IT and security teams to develop and enforce security protocols and procedures. • Develop and implement ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) framework within the Power Platform. Experience you will need: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform technologies. • Strong understanding of Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse and Copilot Studio. • Strong governance and management experience within M365 stack. • Proven ability to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
