Job Title: .NET / Oracle PL/SQL Developer (Workers’ Compensation, NYCIRB, ACORD AL3, Azure DevOps) Location: New York , NY (Hybrid) We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification Qualification: • Experience with Azure DevOps Server, including source control management, build and release pipeline configuration, work item tracking, and automated deployment processes. • Experience applying New York Compensation Insurance Rating Board (NYCIRB) guidelines and regulations in the development and support of software applications for analyzing and processing Workers’ Compensation insurance premiums. Includes maintaining data integration solutions with Agency Management Systems (AMS) such as Applied EPIC, Vertafore, and related platforms. • Experience in Workers’ Compensation experience ratings, including the implementation of policy renewals, rebills, and audits. • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, including Packages, Types, Objects, Triggers, and Advanced Queuing, specifically for applications in the State Workers’ Compensation industry, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and supporting policy management and premium calculations. • 48 months of experience with the ACORD AL3 data format and transformation for underwriting and claims applications, including use of tools such as AL3 Mapper and IVANS. • Experience as a .NET application developer, utilizing C# and Visual Studio 2019 or newer, with responsibility for designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications to ensure performance, scalability, and adherence to best practices. • Experience developing software systems for Workers’ Compensation and Disability Insurance accounts receivable billing using the Accrual Accounting Method, including design and implementation of billing solutions that ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and efficient premium collection. • Experience in web application development using JavaScript, CSS, XSLT, AJAX, and HTML, including design and maintenance of interactive, responsive applications with cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and industry best practices. • Experience in the development, support, and implementation of New York Workers’ Compensation insurance proof of coverage in compliance with the latest IAIABC guidelines.
