We are seeking an experienced Lead Application Developer in Dallas/ Fort Worth with expertise in Python, Azure, Microservices and APIs to support our healthcare client. This role is hands-on while also overseeing a hybrid onshore/offshore development team. The development team is responsible for application feature development on a proprietary pre-existing application, as part of a large multi-year digital transformation initiative. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in enterprise Software Development, focused on backend development technologies 2+ years of experience as Lead Developer on enterprise-projects, managing and mentoring onshore and offshore Developers Expert in Python Experienced with Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies Experience developing Microservices and complex APIs Experience with SQL and Mongo databases Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong collaborator and team player in multi-vendor environment Nice to Have Skills & Experience Databricks Experienced developing integrations with Mulesoft or similar API Integration Layer technology Local to Greater Dallas/ Fort Worth area Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
