LHH is looking for a hands-on Azure Principal Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a full-stack technologist with strong experience in .NET, Angular, and cloud-native development on Microsoft Azure. You should be passionate about rapid prototyping, scalable architectures, and integrating AI technologies to accelerate time-to-market and solve real-world problems creatively. 🔧 Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable, cloud-native applications using Azure services and other Microsoft technologies. • Write maintainable, highly testable software. • Debug applications to identify root causes and resolve bugs or edge cases. • Align with coding standards and participate in code reviews. • Contribute to the development team by delivering production-ready tasks, mentoring engineers, and collaborating on design and best practices. ✅ Required Experience, Skills & Abilities • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience. • Proven experience in technical leadership of high-performing teams. • Ability to lead through collaboration, inspiration, and by example. • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript frameworks, and other modern technologies. • Strong experience with Azure Cloud development. • Expertise in architecting and implementing RESTful services, Azure Functions, Entra Identity, and Service Bus Architecture. • Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to accelerate development. • Integration experience with third-party vendors. • Strong architectural decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate and implement advanced patterns. • Innovation mindset focused on efficient, maintainable design. • Team-first attitude and collaborative spirit. • Initiative-driven with a big-picture mindset and strong risk assessment skills. • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide other engineers effectively. ⭐ Preferred Experience, Skills & Abilities • 20+ years of professional software engineering experience. • Data engineering experience with SQL and other relational/non-relational databases. • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue. • Salesforce experience or knowledge is a plus.
