Job Description • Lead a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance,mentoring, and support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, • design, and quality assurance to deliver solutions on time and within budget. • Provide technical leadership and contribute to architectural discussions and decisions. • Perform code reviews, identify technical debt, and implement strategies • for refactoring and improvement. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to .NET applications and Azure services. • Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to foster a culture of learning and growth. • 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on • .NET technologies. • Deep understanding of Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure • Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, etc. • Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, source control, and • release management. • Strong understanding of cloud-native design principles and microservices • architecture. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and • analytically. • Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical • concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
