Dynamics 365 Configuration Specialist BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Dynamics 365 Configuration Specialist (Customer Insights) for an opportunity at Minneapolis - MN Location! Position Title : Dynamics 365 Configuration Specialist (Customer Insights) Location : Minneapolis, MN Anticipated Start Date : 08 / 30 / 2025 Please note this is the target date and it is subject to change. Expected Duration : 5+ months Job Type : Full Time (> 40 HRS WEEKLY) - CONTRACT - Hybrid Pay Range : $50 / hr to $55 / hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Overview : We're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 professional to lead configuration and support efforts, with a key focus on scaling Customer Insights across the organization. This role will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities : • Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 with an emphasis on Customer Insights • Gather and document requirements for new features and enhancements • Drive the rollout of Customer Insights across business units • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment • Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria • Participate in backlog refinement, test case reviews, and scope management • Manage multiple initiatives and priorities efficiently Required Qualifications : • Experience configuring Dynamics 365 and gathering business requirements • Proven track record with Customer Insights implementations at scale Preferred Qualifications : • Experience in a healthcare environment • Microsoft Dynamics certifications Skills Needed : • Strong verbal and written communication • Agile / Scrum experience • Story mapping, backlog refinement, and user story writing • Ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple projects • Self-driven with a continuous learning mindset Education : • Bachelors Degree with 4+ years of experience, or Associates degree with 6+ years of experience Benefits : • BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.
