Position Overview The Junior Federal Financial Data Analytics Staff role is a full-time position located in Falls Church, VA with a hybrid work arrangement. The role requires an Active Secret clearance. Compensation: Salary up to 100K. In this role, you will transform raw data into meaningful charts, diagrams, and insights that drive effective decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support business objectives. • Develop dashboards, charts, and visual reports using Power BI and Excel to present insights in an easy-to-understand format. • Assist in identifying trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators from data sets. • Collaborate with internal teams to gather data requirements and optimize reporting structures. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and dashboards. • Support automation of data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes and decision-making. • Writing skill Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. (Advanced Function) • Experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and interactive reports. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights and visualizations. • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Basic understanding of SQL and database management is a plus. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
