**Overview:** Akkodis is seeking a Technical Support Manager - Cloud Data Platforms for a contract with a client in Detroit, MI. The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting data pipeline issues and ensuring seamless integration across cloud-based systems. **Responsibilities:** • Provide technical support for data integration and analytics solutions built on Azure, ADF (Azure Data Factory), and Databricks. * Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring timely resolution of failures and performance issues. * Collaborate with development and data engineering teams to identify and resolve system bugs and optimize workflows. * Maintain documentation of support processes, issue resolutions, and system configurations. * Ensure system uptime and reliability by proactively identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures. * Respond to user queries and service requests related to cloud data platforms and tools. * Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions. **Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical support or data engineering roles. * Proven expertise in managing and troubleshooting Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines. * Hands-on experience with Databricks for data processing and analytics in a cloud environment. **Benefits:** • Competitive hourly rate of $45.00 to $56.00 per hour. * Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. * Paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable
