A company is looking for a Customer Engineer (Teams). Key Responsibilities Deliver technical solutions and support for Microsoft Teams and similar platforms Collaborate with customers to address their needs in systems architecture and operations Implement and manage Unified Communications infrastructure, including Teams Enterprise Voice and telephony systems Required Qualifications 5+ years in customer-facing roles related to systems architecture or IT consulting BA/BS in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Teams architecture and administration Experience with Microsoft 365 services and PowerShell scripting Strong background in Unified Communications technologies
