ECLARO is looking for a Window 11 Specialist/Microsoft 365 Expert for our client in San Diego, CA. Position Overview: • Windows 11 Specialist with expertise in Microsoft 365 to join IT operations team. • Responsible for building, deploying, and sustaining Windows 11 environments across end-user devices, including the creation and management of system images. Pay Rate: $75.00-$78.00/Hour Responsibilities: • Build and configure Windows 11 desktop and laptop environments. • Create, maintain, and deploy OS images to multiple devices. • Perform end-to-end device imaging, configuration, and testing. • Support Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint. • Ensure systems are compliant with security and performance standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows 11 and Microsoft 365. • Document configurations, processes, and procedures as needed. • Collaborate with IT support and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments. Qualifications: • 5 years of hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and support. • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting. • Proven experience creating and deploying Windows OS images (using tools like MDT, SCCM, or Intune). • Familiarity with remote support and endpoint management tools. • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
