The FNE section develops web applications to support financial management business processes/controls. The SME SR position is involved in all phases of the application development process from requirements, design, implementation, operations, and maintenance. The expectation is that the SME SR candidates have strong communication skills and can work independently on all phases of the project using an iterative agile like process. The SME SR position is responsible for full stack web application development using Microsoft .NET technology and Oracle RDBMS. Qualified candidates should have strong skills in frontend frameworks like Vue, React, or Angular (preferably Vue) and have strong knowledge of .NET web application development frameworks and libraries. This includes front end Single Page Application (SPA) development, well-structured middle tier API/Services, and data model design/implementation. Candidates must be located in the Arlington, VA area to apply.
