My customer is hiring for a D365 Business Central Analyst Location: Fuquay-Varina, NC Employment Type: Full-Time Are you a seasoned D365 Business Central Analyst with a passion for driving digital transformation in retail and distribution? We're looking for someone who can unlock the full potential of Dynamics 365 BC, streamline operations, and help build a roadmap for future enhancements. 🔍 What You’ll Do: • Lead the development and optimization of Business Central modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Inventory Control, Forecasting, Sales Orders. (Emphasis on Finance) • Integrate and manage EDI and API connections to support business operations. • Collaborate with stakeholders to build a strategic D365 BC roadmap for future enhancements. • Train users and create documentation to support adoption and best practices. • Leverage Power Automate capabilities within D365 BC to improve workflows. • Facilitate and run User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Develop and maintain training manuals and user guides. ✅ What You Bring: • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, especially in retail and distribution and finance module. • Strong functional knowledge of finance, supply chain, and warehouse operations. • Hands-on experience with EDI, API integrations, and sales order processing. • Familiarity with Power Automate and CRM integration through BC. • Excellent communication and training skills. • Bonus: Experience writing training manuals and running UAT.
