We are currently seeking a qualified Help Desk/ Network Admin to join our client’s organization and contribute to their ongoing success. Job summary We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled individual to provide IT support and assist with the maintenance and administration of our network infrastructure. This hybrid role combines frontline help desk responsibilities with hands-on network and systems support. Responsibilities: • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end users via phone, email, and in-person. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on Windows and/or macOS systems. • Maintain and support local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN). • Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and peripherals. • Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory and other access tools. • Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues. • Support server backups, antivirus, and patch management. Requirements: • Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V). • Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS). • Basic scripting or automation knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
