Overview As an IT Solution Designer Microsoft Dynamics 365 you will be part of a team which covers both software development and 3rd level support. Your role is pivotal in automating and streamlining operations and processes, building and maintaining high-quality solutions that are scalable, secure, and user-friendly. Responsibilities Software Release Management: Plan and coordinate software releases and updates; Manage version control and release branches; Comprehensive support for software projects throughout the entire application lifecycle; Support for workshops and training courses. Development: Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code to implement features, fix bugs, and deliver software according to the requirements; Testing code and ensuring quality standards (unit testing, integration testing, and collaboration with QA teams for system testing); Follow coding standards and best practices defined by the global IT of Nemetschek to ensure consistency, maintainability, and scalability of the codebase; Analysis, design and implementation of customer requirements; Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; Provide updates on progress; Discuss challenges or blockers; Contribute to the team's continuous improvement; Professional and technical implementation of projects using agile software development methods. Qualifications Scripting and Programming e.g. Power-Plattform Apps; FinOps ERP-Programming in X++; Proficiency in scripting languages such as Power Platform and PowerShell; Familiarity with programming languages of applications like Mercato, Salesforce, NetSuite, MS Dynamics , Business Central or other applications. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Languages Fluent in English & German (written and spoken) Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
