DescriptionDirector of Infrastructure & Identity Management WHO WE ARE: STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups. STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs. STAHL Companies advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem. The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Infrastructure & Identity Management to join our team! Responsibilities: · Lead and manage high-performing teams delivering critical Infrastructure Engineering and Identity & Access Management (IAM) services. · Direct the full lifecycle, maintenance, and monitoring of enterprise network systems, physical and virtual servers, and cloud infrastructure. · Oversee enterprise communications platforms, including VoIP and unified communications systems. · Ensure operational excellence in the management of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments. · Support secure identity proofing and workforce access across diverse systems, networks, and applications. · Recruit, hire, and onboard technical personnel; provide team development and performance management. · Brief senior executives and C-suite stakeholders on operational status, risk posture, and strategic alignment. · Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and service-level agreements (SLAs). · Ensure compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity requirements, managing associated risks and issues. Qualifications: · Proven experience leading Infrastructure and IAM teams in a complex enterprise or federal environment. · Strong technical understanding of network systems, virtual/physical server management, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure). · Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and identity governance frameworks. · Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills. · Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders. · Experience with IT service monitoring, reporting tools, and metrics-driven management. · 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, and IAM. · Experience working in or supporting federal agencies or highly regulated environments. Preferred: · Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, or equivalent. · Experience with zero trust architecture and identity-centric security models. · Familiarity with ITIL, NIST, or other compliance frameworks. • Position is contingent upon award.
