As a Strategic Field Solutions Architect, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert within JFrog's Strategic Solution Engineering group. This role places you at the forefront of innovation, allowing you to work closely with leading industry figures, including both customers and prospects. Your main responsibilities will include designing, building, and demonstrating intricate designs and solutions, tackling complex technical and enterprise architecture challenges with JFrog's DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps. You will collaborate with our solution engineers, sales teams, product specialists, engineering departments, customer success, and CTO teams to help clients realize the technological and business advantages of the JFrog platform. Your expertise will be invaluable as you provide advanced architectural guidance to our Solution Architects who work closely with JFrog customers. In this role, you will: • Engage with JFrog's most strategic customers, including many Fortune 100 companies, ensuring their success in their DevOps journey with JFrog products. • Serve as a subject matter expert in DevOps and DevSecOps, offering advanced technical guidance and architectural support to Solution Architects. • Support Solution Architects and account executives in their missions, significantly contributing to the customer journey and securing technical wins. • Train customers and the community on DevOps principles and JFrog products. • Represent JFrog at events and conferences. • Influence the product features and roadmap based on customer insights by collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. • Design and develop new conceptual solutions, utilizing JFrog products and other DevOps tools. • Stay current with the latest technology trends in the DevOps and DevSecOps landscape. • Provide detailed feedback and requirements to the Product, CTO, and Support teams, representing customer needs and future goals. • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, visiting clients on-site and acting as their technical point of contact. To thrive as a Strategic Field Solutions Architect at JFrog, you should possess: • Excellent interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, and a customer-centric attitude. • Proven customer-facing experience with enterprise-level clients, including Fortune 100 companies. • A solid background in solutions architecture within the DevOps and DevSecOps domains, addressing complex enterprise architecture challenges. • Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, CI servers (Jenkins, ADO), Git, Artifactory, and build tools (Maven, Gradle, NPM, Docker, etc.). • Hands-on experience in Linux. • 3+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) - mandatory. • 3+ years of programming experience in Java and Python - mandatory. • 5+ years of experience in scalable software development, both on-premise and in the cloud - mandatory. • Experience in software architecture design and product development - a plus. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively whiteboard architecture and design. • 5 years of experience in sales, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or professional services is an advantage. • Willingness to travel up to 25% throughout the US. • A strong desire to learn continuously. • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering is preferred. JFrog offers flexibility with remote work for candidates outside a reasonable commuting distance to our Atlanta office. Base salary ranges from $200,000 to $240,000, determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role may qualify for discretionary bonuses or commissions, along with an equity package of restricted stock units (RSUs).
