Temp position with potential to transition to full-time employment after 6-9 months. Hybrid/Remote: Primarily remote, but on-site presence required as needed, including the first three days of employment. Work closely with IT teams including Information Security, Service Desk, QA, Production Support, and vendors to maintain a stable, high-performing infrastructure and applications. Own and oversee planning, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure and applications. Proactively monitor and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues. Enhance team efficiency through DevOps and automation initiatives. Administer and manage multi-tiered COTS applications, cloud services, servers, storage, security appliances, Active Directory, and remote access solutions. Experience with multi-tiered application architecture. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and client OS. Knowledge of Linux Server OS. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work within established policies and guidelines. Employment Type: Temporary (with potential for full-time)
