Who We Are PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers. What You’ll Do The Mid-level BI Developer will be responsible for developing and monitoring custom SSRS reports. In this role, you will: • Design, develop, revise, and maintain existing reports, Datawarehouse and Power BI library. • Gather and translate business requirements into report designs. • Design and monitor construction of user-facing presentation tools, such as Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports, Power BI Dashboards. • Generate ad-hoc reports as needed. • Provide reporting to customers and management to support business decisions and become more proficient in the use of the application. • Configure, manage, and design Kafka solutions via Confluent. • Communicate with team members to assess progress of deliverables. • Examine, evaluate, and develop reporting requirements for various business units; develop reports and reporting structures as required. • Communicate reporting changes, enhancements, and modifications verbally or through written documentation to management and other team members. • Work with other reporting team members to prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes in reporting systems across the organization. • Develop, design, and analyze data architecture and data warehouses. • Develop visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop. What You’ll Need to Join Our Team Experience • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. • 3+ years’ experience with BI tools – SSRS, SSAS, SSIS and Power BI. • 3+ years’ experience with Kafka/Confluent • Strong knowledge on Optimizing existing queries. • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and solve complex problems. • Adept in developing, publishing, and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements. • Able to implement row level security on data and understand application security layer models in Power BI. • Able to develop tabular and multidimensional models. • Able to properly understand the business requirements and develop data models accordingly. • Proficient in DAX, Transact-SQL, MDX queries. • Knowledge and skills for secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure, SQL data warehouse, Visual Studio.
