Job Description: Role: Senior Azure Cloud Engineer Salary: $$ plus Bonus potential (6%-10%) Location: 775 Ridge Lake Boulevard; Memphis, TN - 100% Onsite - Relocation is acceptable, with tentative assistance available as needed. Engagement: No form of sponsorship or work accommodation is being considered. Summary Azure represents about 5% of the current environment and this role will focus primarily on IaC, support, and establishing new environments from M&A efforts. A dedicated Security resource was recently added to the team for that is less of a priority. The direction is to transition the existing Azure environment to AWS within 2 to 3 years, so any familiarity is helpful. Terraform expertise is important while some Data Engineering experience is preferred Effective communication skills with local teams and via phone with the St. Louis operation are crucial. The hiring manager highly values professional certifications. Requirements Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and services. Proficiency in Azure with working knowledge of AWS. Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IAC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation and Azure Resource Manager. Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Instances). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Certifications preferred.
