Role Profile: We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamic and power Apps developer, who is familiar with AI Builder and Co-Pilot. The candidate will take ownership for the whole end to end delivery, performing analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of large -scale case management application. The successful candidate will be highly motivated individual with significant experience in architecture, design and development of applications on MS Dynamics/power platform and having reasonably good communication skills. He/she will be part of a global team that will help onboard different operational use cases that currently require manual work and consequently bring more efficiency and risk reduction benefits for our operations users. This requires close collaboration with peer infrastructure teams, business function aligned teams and with business users. Specially, the person will be responsible for the following. • Work with the product owner/ Stakeholders/business analytics to understand the requirements, conducting tech analysis and producing project plan. • Define Architecture and Design. • Build functionality within Dynamics in an iterative fashion with full unit and integration tests for each Functions. -Responsible for integrating external system using Azure logic apps, data migration and setting up standard and custom reports. • Responsible for setup, administration and user training of the Dynamics- CE system. • Responsible for integrating AI builder and CoPilot with Dynamics. • Responsible for setting up security configuration for the production and other environments. • Help support release deployment and provide post production support. Required Skills: Experience in the following technologies- Microsoft Dynamic 365 Customer Engagement. Experience with Power Apps, Power automate, Plugins, AI Builder, CoPilot and related architecture and design practices. Experience with Azure. Azure Devops for CI/CD and C# .net. Experience of iterative/ agile development practices Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement. Excellent communication skills. Desired Skills: Dynamic /Power Platform/Azure certifications. Familiar with basic Machine learning Concepts. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Patterns. Experience with full lifecycle application testing (functional, regression, performance, integration, etc) and delivery management. Comfortable with direct interaction with the business users at all level.
