You will utilize open source tools, automation, and cloud services to implement enterprise DevOps solutions – including automation of cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm), CI/CD pipelines (build, deploy, testing), and more. You will add new features while improving efficiency, reliability, and scalability to address client needs. As a DevOps Architect, prepare to use your technical expertise to participate in technical solution and design discussions, perform proofs of concept, and own comprehensive solutions throughout the development lifecycle. For more information on Accenture Federal Services, please reference - https://www.accenture.com/us-en/Careers/federal-professionals What are we looking for? • 1 year of experience with components in batch and/or transactional architectures • 1 year experience with the design, build, implementation of automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet. Custom tooling is also acceptable here if no packaged solution has been used in prior work experience • 2 years experience with scripting languages including Python, Perl, Unix/Linux Shell (bash, csh, other) or PowerShell • 1 year experience operating, monitoring and reporting on batch and/or transactional systems and the underlying infrastructure • 1 year of hands on experience with either virtualization technologies (VMWare, HyperV) and/or container technologies (Docker, Mesos) and/or cloud technologies (OpenStack, AWS, Azure) • Demonstrated ability to use SQL with relational databases • Ability to manage the implementation of technical changes with small team Preferred Qualifications: • 1 year of experience with the design, build, implementation of components on AWS, Azure, or another public cloud architecture • Experience with the design, build, implementation of application and infrastructure performance monitoring • Experience within an Agile release methodology • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask • Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
