Key Responsibilities: • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, identify patterns, and interpret data to inform strategic decision-making. • Machine Learning Model Development: Design, develop, and train machine learning models using various algorithms and techniques. • Agentic Workflows Implementation: Create and implement agentic workflows that utilize AI agents for autonomous task execution. • RAG Pattern Utilization: Enhance language models by employing retrieval-augmented generation patterns to access external knowledge. • Model Fine-Tuning: Fine-tune pre-trained models for specific tasks and datasets, ensuring optimal performance. • Data Cleaning and Preprocessing: Prepare data by cleaning, handling missing values, and removing outliers for quality inputs. • AI Model Deployment and Monitoring: Deploy models into production, monitor performance, and adjust as necessary. • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes. • Research and Development: Stay updated with advancements in AI and machine learning to improve models and methodologies. • Documentation and Reporting: Create documentation of models and methodologies; communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. • 3+ years of work experience as a data scientist, preferably in healthcare. • Proficient in big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). • Strong programming skills in Python and R, with experience in TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch. • Excellent understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms. • Experience with agentic workflows and RAG techniques. • Proven experience in model fine-tuning and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Database management experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Master's degree in a relevant field. • Experience with cloud platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Azure AI Studio. • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
