Location: Gardena, CA 90248 (on-site) Employment type: Full time (Exempt, salaried) Schedule: Day shift; occasional after hours/on call support as needed Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000 per year (DOE) + benefits About the role Field Fresh Foods is a fresh cut produce company serving retail, foodservice, and manufacturing customers across the Western U.S. We’re hiring an experienced IT Systems Administrator to own core network, server, identity, and end user services in a fast paced, food manufacturing environment. You’ll be the go to for stability, security, and uptime across HQ, production floor, and warehouse. What you’ll do • Keep us secure & online: Firewall policy/VPN/HA; UniFi switching/Wi Fi (VLANs, PoE, LAG); patching + EDR; least privilege access. • Run Windows/AD the right way: GPO design & hygiene, DNS/DHCP, file/print, permissioning; planned patching. • Own storage & video: Synology NAS (RAID, snapshots, replication), Surveillance Station (onboarding, retention, firmware). • Labeling that never misses: Zebra printers + BarTender templates/print servers for production/shipping lines. • Apps & endpoints: Mosyle MDM (Apple), Windows imaging/updates; QuickBooks Enterprise multi-user, permissions, performance, backups. • Lead the practice: incident response/postmortems, capacity planning, vendor/budget management, SOPs/diagrams, change control, mentoring. Must-haves • 8+ years in systems/network administration with lead ownership (manufacturing/warehouse or multi site a plus). • Deep Windows Server/Active Directory expertise (GPOs, DNS/DHCP, permissioning). • Hands on with SonicWall, Ubiquiti UniFi, Synology NAS & Surveillance Station. • Zebra printers + BarTender templates/print servers in production environments. • Mosyle MDM (Apple) • RingCentral/AT&T Office@Hand call flows, auto attendants, provisioning. • On site in Gardena with occasional after-hours maintenance. • Work environment/physical: time on production floor/warehouse (including refrigerated areas/coolers); move equipment up to ~40 lbs with tools/PPE. • Work authorization: required; no visa sponsorship. • Google Workspace administration, and Google Workspace Admin console configuration (security, routing, groups, SSO). Nice to have • PowerShell automation; Wi Fi design for RF challenging spaces; backup/DR testing. • Certifications: SonicWall SNSA/SNSP; Ubiquiti UEWA/UNIF; Microsoft; CompTIA Net+/Sec+.
