We’re looking for a System Administrator / Technical Alignment Manager who thrives on process, loves technical detail, and understands the importance of building strong client relationships. This isn’t a help desk or sales role—you’ll be out front, helping our clients stay aligned with IT best practices and minimizing reactive issues before they start. What You’ll Do: • Serve as the technical face of the organization for a group of assigned clients • Conduct regular onsite visits and proactive technical assessments • Identify risks and areas of misalignment and communicate them to vCIOs • Ensure hardware, software, and infrastructure stay current and standardized • Support Microsoft 365 licensing and technical troubleshooting • Track and coordinate IT asset lifecycles and vendor relationships • Collaborate closely with engineers and project teams to ensure smooth delivery • Spend ~25% of your time assisting the Service Desk (ROC) or Projects as needed • Maintain clear, accurate documentation in ConnectWise Manage What You Bring: • 2+ years of MSP experience in systems administration, service delivery, or IT account support • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, licensing, and security • Familiarity with RMM tools (ConnectWise preferred) • Experience with Azure Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server • Solid understanding of networking concepts and equipment (Meraki, Unifi, Cisco preferred) • Excellent documentation, communication, and client-facing professionalism • Process-driven, highly organized, and eager to work cross-functionally • Strong ability to spot risk, identify gaps, and help build better systems What We Offer: • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • 3 weeks PTO plus paid holidays • Certification reimbursement • Strong company culture focused on inclusion, collaboration, and engagement makes every day exciting and rewarding. • Stable company of over 3 decades
