Our client is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join their team. As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be part of the Data Governance department supporting various teams - as a Technical BA, will have CDQ and Data Quality rules creation experience . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Looking for a technical BA (not too heavy in development) It is not a developer profile but a Business Analyst role who knows Collibra Data Quality (CDQ) and DQ concepts and write SQL queries. Exposure to DQ metrics reporting is important. Power BI is a plus but not mandatory Job Title: Data Quality Analyst Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid) Pay Range: $75/hour W2 (due to client rules we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors) What's the Job? • Analyze data sources, data dictionaries, and ETL processes to understand their structure and relationships. • Support the creation of technical requirements for data quality rules implementation in Collibra Data Quality. • Perform data validations and reconciliations to assess the effectiveness of data quality rules. • Manage data quality issues in Service Now and maintain metrics for reporting solutions development. • Validate data quality metrics and reports to ensure comprehensive coverage and visibility. What's Needed? • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in data quality and governance on enterprise platforms. • Experience with Collibra Data Quality, Azure Databricks, and Power BI. • Hands-on experience in SQL queries and understanding of ETL processes. • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). • Background in financial services or regulated industries is preferred.
