Belvoir Clearance Required: Secret Clearance Project: U.S. Army Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Software App Developer to support a U.S. Army project. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-stack software development, working with modern frameworks, multi-cloud environments, and DevSecOps practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications in a secure, containerized, and agile development environment. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain software applications in a multi-cloud (AWS & Azure) environment. • Implement DevSecOps best practices, ensuring secure development and deployment processes. • Develop front-end and back-end solutions using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, .NET, and Power BI. • Work in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality, test-driven software solutions. • Utilize low-code platforms where applicable to streamline development. • Create and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure application reliability. • Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments using Kubernetes or Docker. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps and security engineers, to optimize application performance and security. • Work with VSCode and other modern development tools to enhance the development workflow. Required Skills & Experience: • Proficiency in: Python, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, Power BI. • Experience with DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines. • Strong understanding of multi-cloud environments (AWS & Azure). • Experience in containerized application development (Docker, Kubernetes). • Agile software development experience, with a focus on test-driven development. • Ability to develop and optimize applications in a low-code or traditional environment. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working on Army or DoD projects. • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks applicable to government contracts. • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or security-related fields (e.g., Security+, AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate).
