Responsibilities • Customize, maintain, design, and implement CRM solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, M365, and Azure Cloud Services. • Develop a well-informed cloud strategy based on clients' business needs and manage the transition process. • Implement validated customer requirements following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Collaborate with teams to create DoDAF diagrams and related artifacts. • Engage in rapid prototyping with feedback from stakeholders. • Work alongside Team Leads to define and clarify business requirements, estimate development costs, and finalize work plans. • Facilitate an Agile environment, providing Scrum Master support when needed. • Implement and advise on the applicable IT security controls in accordance with STIGs and other DoD security measures, including considerations for high availability and disaster recovery design principles in application deployment. What You'll Contribute • Share your expertise in test-driven development and continuous integration processes. • Guide others on how to proactively benchmark application code to prevent performance and scalability issues. • Develop a collaborative process with the Quality Assurance Team concerning issue reporting, resolution, and change management. • Create metrics, alarms, and monitors to aid the Operations Team. You Have • U.S. Citizenship. • Ability to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance. • At least 15 years of overall experience as a software engineer, including a minimum of 10 years as a full-stack and/or cloud application developer. • Experience developing SaaS low/no-code applications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as PaaS and IaaS solutions. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential. • Expertise in ASP.NET, Web APIs, Python, Java, and Node.js. • Familiarity with Azure App Services for Web, Azure Cosmos DB for globally distributed NoSQL databases, and Azure SQL for RDBMS database services. • Experience with Oracle WebLogic and Oracle Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS). • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Dataverse, and Microsoft M365. • Knowledge of Document Management services such as Microsoft SharePoint. • Understanding of Oauth, MultiFactor Authentication, Zero-Trust, and Authentication/Authorization processes. Education & Certification Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics preferred; however, relevant experience may be accepted instead. • Certified IAM Level II and/or IAT Level II is required or must be obtained within six months of employment. • Preferred certifications include Azure Developer and Azure Fundamentals.
