This is a Hybrid role: 1700 N Congress Ave Austin, Texas 78701 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing GLO M365 tenant, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD Identify opportunities to improve governance, security posture, and operational efficiency, and develop a prioritized improvement roadmap. Develop and document policies, standards, and procedures related to M365 configuration, access controls, compliance, and administration. Serve as the technical advisor to GLO leadership during the CDR tenant migration project, collaborating with the selected vendor to review and validate migration plans, sequencing, risks, and data integrity. Ensure all tenant activities meet relevant federal compliance requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, CJIS, NIST 800-53). Recommend and implement Microsoft 365 best practices across identity, collaboration, and security services. Automate administrative and configuration tasks via PowerShell, and support optimization of workflows through Power Automate and Power Apps Support configuration improvements to conditional access, DLP, retention policies, audit logging, and tenant hardening Validate functionality of SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook services post-migration, and address configuration gaps. Provide Tier 3 support and guidance during the transition and stabilization phases. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (cybersecurity, help desk, PMO, and executive leadership) to ensure seamless change management Maintain clear and detailed documentation including system configurations, technical runbooks, and change logs. Track project deliverables and provide input to ensure successful execution on time and within scope/budget. Ability to assess and optimize Microsoft 365 tenant configuration in alignment with federal compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, CJIS, NIST 800-53). Experience acting as a technical advisor during large-scale M365 tenant migrations. Proven ability to develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and policy standards. Strong communication skills to coordinate across vendors, internal teams, and executive stakeholders Expertise in identifying and implementing M365 security best practices and governance improvements. Familiarity with Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow modernization.
