CRM Dynamics Analyst - with BA & QA responsibilities *Full-Time Contract (6-12 months) • Offices in Dallas, TX & Chicago, IL • 2 positions available • Trusted Healthcare client - 6-12 month contract position at 40 hours per week • 5 years overall analyst experience & 2 years in current / recent work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM We are looking for a Business Analyst with two years of experience working with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM required through current or very recent work. You will be supporting the transition from Salesforce to MS Dynamics CRM, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate should be ready to contribute with minimal training. Initially, the role will involve running test cases, with potential growth into writing test cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Key Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze requirements, develop user stories and product backlogs, and create acceptance criteria. • Participate in stakeholder interviews and document user requirements. • Review documentation to ensure testability, create test cases, and execute tests (including automation). • Troubleshoot issues, recommend improvements, and ensure alignment with business goals. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and communicate with stakeholders. Qualifications: • 5+ years of analyst experience, with at least 2 years working with Dynamics 365. • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps (ADO). • Experience with testing, writing user stories, and automation testing tools. • Strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
