Position Description (Abstract): Tigunia has an incredible opportunity for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with a strong background in implementing Business Central and experience in EDI. This position will support Tigunia's BC/NAV department with pre-sale services and deal shaping through discovery and demonstration performed via on-site, remote access, shared session, telephone, email communications. Manage and support BC/NAV customers on projects and case issues. We are looking for an enthusiastic, client-focused, empathetic, personable, self-driven candidate for this role. Job Duties and Responsibilities • Strong knowledge of warehousing, manufacturing, and finance modules • Design, develop, and implement EDI solutions to streamline business processes • Configure, map, and test EDI transactions (X12, EDIFACT, XML, etc.) for smooth data flow • Work closely with trading partners to set up and maintain secure and reliable EDI connectivity • Translate customer's processes and requirements into a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution, including systems integrations and recommended ISV's or best of breed solutions • Prepare clients to use ERP solution by analyzing business and operations changes, defining, and delivering training and executing testing plans • Manage customer relationships by providing support; answering questions; resolving concerns and issues • Work with the project manager and project team by communicating essential information; obtaining team input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports, using technology and tools as defined for each project • Continually updates expertise by participating in educational opportunities; self-study, reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations • Develop specifications for customizations to deliver desired capability where off-the-shelf solutions do not exist • Interact with Clients in a professional manner to maintain and add value to the Tigunia-Client relationship • Work with Tigunia Consulting and Management teams to proactively prevent and/or resolve Client issues and conflicts • Be diligent and perceptive in recognizing clients’ needs so Tigunia can take the initiative in providing solutions to those needs • Proven ERP Implementation Experience: Expertise within the finance modules for all the applicable stages of deployments (gather requirements, design solution, setup & configure, test & train, document & communicate, deploy & troubleshoot) • Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Interactive Team Management skills • Polished, Professional, and Confident Presentation and Public Speaking skills • Ability to partner with client team resources and subject matter experts to confidently lead requirements gathering and design work sessions translating needs into requirements and designs into solutions that makes sense and adds value in support of client goals and objectives • Ability to document Fit-Gap requirements, estimate levels of effort, prioritize based on priority and complexity • Ability to communicate Functional Area Progress on Project Tasks, issues, risks, blockers to Project Manager • Experienced in change management and working with developers on custom code in Finance modules • Expert in creating Test Plans and supporting clients when they create Test Scenarios/Scripts, and Implement Test Strategies • Problem Solver: Resolve issues and mitigate risks to avoid project blockers impeding progress or escalations • Ability to ensure Tigunia’s Approved Implementation Strategy is followed for client engagements Physical Requirements • The ability to speak clearly, to hear and understand at a normal conversational level, and to receive detailed information through verbal communication • Ability to sit for long periods of time • Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: developing material; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading • Full range of hand and finger motion with ability to proficiently use a keyboard, mouse, and phone • Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, mouse, phones) Current Example of Benefits: • Competitive salary • Health insurance for yourself and your family – 100% employer paid for employee and 50% employer paid for dependents • Dental and Vision insurance for yourself and your family – 100% employer paid for employee and dependents • Life/AD&D Insurance for yourself – 100% employer paid and covers 100% of your salary • Short Term Disability for yourself – 100% employer paid and covers 60% of your weekly salary up to $1,750.00 • Long Term Disability for yourself – 100% employer paid and covers 60% of your monthly salary up to $6,000 • 401k with 4% match • Flex-time and paid time off to promote a healthy work-life balance Tigunia provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), parental status, national origin, age, disability, genetic information (including family medical history), political affiliation, military service, or other non-merit-based factors.
