Job Description Job Description • *Salary to be Negotiated Office 365 Administrator and IT Onboarding Specialist Manage and maintain our Office 365 environment, ensure smooth onboarding of new employees, and handle the configuration and deployment of laptops and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). This role combines technical expertise, excellent organizational skills, and a focus on user satisfaction to deliver seamless IT experiences for our team. Office 365 Administration: • Manage, configure, and troubleshoot the Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 services. • Implement and manage security measures, including MFA, Access policies, and compliance configurations. • Monitor and optimize Office 365 usage, performance, and storage. • Provide support for Office 365-related issues and escalate when necessary. IT Onboarding and Configuration: • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new employees. • Set up user accounts, access permissions, and email configurations within Office 365. • Configure and deploy laptops, including hardware setup, software installation, and policy enforcement. • Set up and maintain virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions, ensuring high availability and performance. Deployment and Maintenance: • Perform regular updates and patches for Office 365 services and end-user devices. • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for laptops and VDI environments. • Maintain asset inventory and ensure devices are configured to meet company standards. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or 5+ years of experience • Proven experience as an Office 365 Administrator or similar role. • Experience with laptop and VDI configuration and deployment. • Proficiency in Office 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams. • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and basic networking principles. • Experience with VDI platforms such as Citrix, VMware, or Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop. • Familiarity with IT asset management tools • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
