Infosys is seeking an experienced AWS/Azure and Snowflake Data Engineer to join their team. The role involves enabling digital transformation for global clients, contributing to technology-specific best practices, and interfacing with key stakeholders throughout various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities: • Enable digital transformation for clients using AWS/Azure and Snowflake. • Independently research and recommend appropriate technological solutions. • Interface with key stakeholders throughout different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. • Contribute to best practices and standards specific to the technology. This role requires you to have: • Located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Raleigh, NC, or willing to relocate. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent foreign qualification from an accredited institution. • 4 years of experience in Information Technology. • Proven experience with Snowflake, AWS/Azure. • Strong knowledge of SQL, Unix shell scripting, and Python. • Significant experience with Azure and Databricks. • Strong understanding of databases and big data software technologies. You would benefit from having: • Hands-on experience with Spark and Scala. • Strong knowledge of Data structures, Algorithms, Collections, Multi-threading, and memory management. • Experience in large scale cloud data migrations using Snowflake, Python, Spark, and SQL. • Sound knowledge of software engineering design patterns and practices. • Understanding of Agile software development frameworks. • Strong communication and analytical skills. • Ability to work in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment comprising Business and Technology teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
