You'll play a critical role in managing and maintaining AV systems, troubleshooting issues in real time, and supporting high-impact events-from executive summits to cross-functional livestreams. This role requires deep technical expertise with AV hardware and software, outstanding communication skills (especially when working with executive leadership), and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.What You'll Work OnOperate and support AV systems across meeting rooms, event spaces, and executive boardrooms at the New York HQThis role is expected to be onsite daily in our New York HQProvide direct support to onsite executives and employees, as well as traveling teamsConfigure and maintain Zoom Rooms, including integrated hardware and software setupsManage technical execution of live and hybrid events, including all-hands, executive meetings, and livestreamsTroubleshoot AV issues in real time, ensuring minimal disruption to business-critical meetingsSet up and monitor wireless microphones, PTZ cameras, AV routing systems, and digital signageCoordinate with IT and Workplace teams on system maintenance, upgrades, and vendor supportSupport flexible working hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required by eventsWhat You'll Bring To CircleCore RequirementsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills5+ years of experience supporting corporate AV systems and live event production and coordination2+ years managing Apple devices (Macs, iPhones, iPads MDM), basic networking protocols, and familiarity with IT systems including Google Workspace and OktaExpertise in Zoom Rooms, including complex configurations with multiple cameras, audio inputs, displays, and control systemsHands-on experience with wireless microphones, PTZ cameras, AV routing, and digital signageProven track record delivering white-glove service for executive leadershipAbility to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and occasional weekendsExperience collaborating with IT and Workplace operations teams on cross-functional AV initiativesExperience in highly regulated, fast-paced, high-growth environments with distributed teamsPreferred RequirementsAV certifications (e.g., CTS, Extron, Q-SYS) or formal AV/IT trainingExperience with Meraki Networking EquipmentCircle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core.
