Job Description Job Description The right talent for this position is proficient in designing collaboration solutions using the Microsoft identity platform, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Framework, and Microsoft Power Platform to build custom apps that extend Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Viva Connections. REQUIREMENTS NOTE: Due to Federal client requirements, only U.S. Citizens can be considered, and candidates cannot have dual citizenship. · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field · 5+ years of experience with application development, software engineering, or systems engineering in a professional work environment · 5+ years of professional experience as a Microsoft developer implementing custom applications · 5+ years of professional experience developing custom SharePoint Online business solutions, web parts, and sites · 5+ years of JavaScript Framework experience, i.e., React, Handlebars, Angular, Node.js, etc. · 3+ years of professional experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform automating business processes with Power Automate, connecting to Teams and SharePoint · 2+ years developing custom Microsoft solutions utilizing UI elements, including Microsoft Fluent UI, and Office UI Fabric · 2+ years Develop custom Microsoft solutions utilizing integration points, including Office Add-ins, SharePoint Framework, and Actionable Messages · 3+ years of professional experience with REST API and Microsoft Graph · 3+ years of experience with developer toolchain open-source client development tools, i.e., NPM, TypeScript, Yeoman, Webpack, and Gulp · 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online Management Shell experience RESPONSIBILITIES · Execute the design, building, testing, and maintaining of the applications and solutions that are optimized for the productivity and collaboration needs of organizations using the Microsoft 365 platform · Take the lead on the design, development, and implementation of a variety of custom Microsoft 365 and SharePoint online solutions · Partner with stakeholders and clients to understand the business needs to aid in the design, build correctly, and deployment of new Microsoft 365 apps and features · Secure early buy-in from key stakeholders, clients, and users by creating wireframing and click-through prototypes · Serve as a subject matter expert on SharePoint Online features and custom development · Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and SharePoint can better leverage and facilitate process improvement · Stay up to date on new Microsoft 365 features and standards to deliver prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions for new projects KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS · Microsoft 365 SharePoint Business Solutions · Microsoft Identity, Microsoft Graph, and building apps for Microsoft Teams & SharePoint Online · Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages · Microsoft AI Builder · Microsoft Dataverse · Microsoft Fluent UI and Office UI Fabric · Data Connectors · JavaScript Framework experience · PowerShell and SharePoint Online Management Shell OUR COMPANY Your success is our success.
