The role involves collaborating with various teams to develop data pipelines and integrate AI solutions for access monitoring and alerting. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) Microsoft 365 data into Azure data stores. • Use Microsoft Graph Data connect to aggregate SharePoint permissions, store data in Azure storage and create analytics dashboard using Power BI. • Create data pipelines using Azure Synapse. • Collaborating with data scientists and other teams to deploy and scale M365 access security models. • Build and integrate AI Agents into access attestation solutions • Combining data engineering skills with knowledge of AI/ML algorithms to build intelligent Access review systems. • Integrate data from various sources (APIs, logs, third-party systems) into centralized repositories. • Use GenAI to implement access monitoring and alerting rules for Database access logs and M365 access logs. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, or a related field • 6 Years of hands-on experience • Strong experience using Microsoft Graph data connect • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory • Expertise in data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, database management (SQL and NoSQL) • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, C#, PowerShell or Java • Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based data storage and processing • Experience building and deploying autonomous AI agents • MLOps experience: Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices for model deployment and management • Knowledge of big data tools and technologies for processing large datasets • Experience with developing ML models that use natural language processing (NLP) Preferred: • Power App / Power Automate experience automating workflows in M365 Company: American Express is a financial services company that provides credit cards, charge cards, payment solutions, and related services.
