• Must be able to do code reviews with developers and help mentor or make corrections.
• Must be able to look at and manage an application feature build-out and confirm code is aligned with the business.
• Must be able to meet project deadlines under these conditions.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding knowledge of change management principles.
• 5+ years of prior experience in a development position.
