This is a remote role with approximately 25% travel to client sites across the U.S. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain and be comfortable working directly with stakeholders to optimize business processes using Dynamics 365 Business Central. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with manufacturing clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements • Configure and customize Business Central to align with operational goals and industry best practices • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user adoption activities • Provide functional support during implementations, upgrades, and post-go-live phases • Partner with technical teams to design and deliver tailored solutions • Maintain clear documentation of business processes, configurations, and system changes • Travel up to 25% for discovery, go-live, and on-site support as needed Ideal Background: • 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics NAV or Business Central Functional Consultant • Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows, including BOMs, routings, production orders, MRP, and inventory control • Strong client-facing and communication skills • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team • Experience with Power BI or related reporting tools is a plus • Microsoft certifications are a bonus What's In It for You: • Join a rapidly growing team with exciting manufacturing projects • Flexible remote work setup with occasional travel • Exposure to modern ERP technology and continuous professional development • Collaborative and supportive team culture
