The role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects in a supportive and dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scripts and jobs essential for extracting, transforming, cleaning, and moving data and metadata into data warehouses, data marts, or operational data stores • Take on the role of project technical lead for mid-sized data initiatives • Additionally, the Senior Data Engineer will mentor junior designers Qualifications and Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field • 8+ years of IT experience, including at least 6 years of progressive experience in data warehousing, relational database management systems, and multi-dimensional database management systems • 8+ years of experience in data engineering, with direct experience using ETL tools including Informatica and DataStage • 4+ years of experience in the following technologies is required: SQL, Python or Shell, and Snowflake, Docker, and Jenkins • 2+ years of experience developing/deploying on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Benefits and Perks: • Competitive salary: $101,000 – $125,000 annually • Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance • 401(k) plan • PTO • Outstanding benefits package Your New Organization: Our client is a leader in their industry, headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, and offers a collaborative work environment that values innovation and growth.
