Director, Business Systems LaSalle Network is partnering with a Georgia-based manufacturing leader in the resins and compounds industry to hire a Director, Business Systems. Director, Business Systems Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary owner of the SAP ERP application and related systems - Develop and execute a multi-year ERP roadmap aligned with organizational objectives - Collaborate with IT and business leaders to streamline processes and enhance decision-making - Lead ERP configuration, setup, and vendor/AMS partner management, ensuring SLA/KPI performance - Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and value creation - Partner with enterprise architecture on business capability roadmaps - Guide project prioritization with a focus on value drivers such as EBITDA, cashflow, compliance, and safety - Influence IT strategy and maintain oversight of application enhancement projects - Act as a subject matter expert in SAP ERP and digital transformation initiatives Director, Business Systems Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field - 8–10 years leading ERP migrations, implementations, or large-scale systems projects - 10+ years of team leadership with proven ability to manage third-party consulting partners - Strong vendor management and C-level stakeholder engagement skills - Hands-on experience with SAP ECC in a manufacturing environment - Broad business process knowledge across finance, procurement, supply chain, and sales/marketing - Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for SAP hosting - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills This is a rare chance to take full ownership of business systems at an innovative manufacturing company with ambitious growth plans.
