We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Support / Data Input Analyst to join our team. In this role you’ll be responsible for entering reviewing and analyzing account-related data while providing support to our accounting and administrative teams. Your accuracy and organizational skills will help ensure smooth operations and reliable reporting. Key Responsibilities Accurately input update and maintain account and transaction data in company systems. Review data for errors or discrepancies and ensure timely corrections. Assist with reconciliations reporting and account support activities. Generate and analyze reports to identify trends inconsistencies or areas for improvement. Collaborate with accounting finance and support teams to streamline data processes. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Google Sheets or other data tools. Ability to analyze numerical data and present findings clearly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in data entry data analysis or account support is a plus (but not required).
